Group ride guidelines

Ensure that your bike is in good working order for the Saturday morning rides. Please show up at least 15 min prior to the ride time and be ready to roll out at the prescribed time. Please carry enough water, money, tubes and a cell phone in case of injury, breakdown or being lost.
When riding: As a general rule, if you're bringing a guest/new person to the ride, then you should be responsible for guiding that person until he/she knows our routes sufficiently well. Ride single file in highly trafficked areas and 2 abreast only if road conditions/traffic permits. For the sake of those behind you, please point/call-out rocks, potholes, branches, and cars when you're in postion to do so. Should go without saying, but we'll say it anyway - please wear a helmet.

Directions to SUNY Purchase, Purchase NY

Hutchinson River Parkway North to Exit 28 (Lincoln Ave)
Left on Lincoln Ave (right turn if coming from the North) at the end or the exit ramp
Proceed to end
Right turn on Anderson Hill Rd
First left at the light into SUNY Purchase
Turn left at the intersection
Proceed for approximately 3/4 mile
We meet in the first parking lot on your right.

Directions to Sleepy Hollow High School, Sleepy Hollow, NY

I95 to 287 West
Take exit 1 (Rt 119/Tarrytown Rd)
At the end of the ramp bear right on Rt 119 west
Bear right onto Benedict Avenue, and take Benedict to the end
Turn right onto North Broadway
Proceed through Town of Tarrytown
Sleepy Hollow High School will be on your right. Parking lot is adjacent to Bedford Road (448), next to the baseball field and track.

Workouts that are listed are for information purposes only. Your participation in all, or part of any workout(s), is undertaken voluntarily by you as an individual with the recognition that participation is at your own risk. The WTC will not be held responsible for any injury or harm to you that may result from participation in any workouts with the group or alone. By participating, you indicate acceptance of these terms.
